Jesus is enough for me. When you truly love someone, you can say from your heart that no matter whatever happens if that person is with you that is all you need. That is the relationship we should desire to have with Jesus.
He is my strength and my shield. He is my joy and peace. Whatever happens in my life, I know that Jesus is enough for me. Everything else is secondary . The true blessing is the presence of Jesus in my life. Knowing Him deeply, following His heart’s desire and bringing delight to His heart is the goal of that relationship. A relationship that is balanced with Love and Respect. A relationship through which I receive grace upon grace from His fullness. In my lowly state He found me and gave me this gift of Salvation, through which I became His and He became my everything. What a blessedness!!!
I have learned that when we find our complete satisfaction in Jesus, we will not become needy, especially in our relationships and friendships; but instead we will be a blessing to others. First(early in the morning) seek Him, be filled with Him and then all you will want in your life will be to serve Him and to serve others for the glory of God. And people around you will be blessed through you and your life will be a testimony for the Glory of God!!.
“For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be greatly shaken.
How long will all of you attack a man to batter him, like a leaning wall, a tottering fence? They only plan to thrust him down from his high position.
They take pleasure in falsehood. They bless with their mouths, but inwardly they curse. Selah
For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence, for my hope is from him. He only is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be shaken.
On God rests my salvation and my glory; my mighty rock, my refuge is God. Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before him; God is a refuge for us. Selah
Those of low estate are but a breath; those of high estate are a delusion; in the balances they go up; they are together lighter than a breath.
Put no trust in extortion; set no vain hopes on robbery; if riches increase, set not your heart on them.
Once God has spoken; twice have I heard this: that power belongs to God, and that to you, O Lord, belongs steadfast love. For you will render to a man according to his work.”
Psalm 62:1-12 ESV
Let us pray, “Father, show me enough of You everyday; fill me with Thy presence. Help me in my unbelief, doubts and fears. Continue molding me and shaping me after Thy own will. Use me for Thy glory. Let my soul find rest in You alone. In Jesus name. Amen”
